Adrian and his crew put a new roof on my house last year. They did an excellent job. Yesterday the wind blew my chimney cap off and I called Adrian. I was worried about animals getting in my chimney, Adrian called me back the following day. He told me he would be here in a half hour to fix it. I appreciate Adrian coming out in the rain to put my chimney cap back on. Now that's GOOD service!!!

We desperately needed an entire re-roof of our flat-roof 1920's home. After receiving several quotes, we elected to go with Adrian's Capitol Roofing. While they were not the cheapest (but still offered an extremely fair and competitive quote), they were the most professional, responsive, and detailed. All questions and concerns were addressed upon the first meet and throughout the entire project. His crew was clean and professional. The project was never about finishing fast, but about completing quality work- even if it took a little longer than anticipated.

What did I love most?
1. Daily project updates - before and after pics of the day's work which would get uploaded to a google drive for owner review

Upon reviewing my initial estimate, I appreciated the informative overview of my roof's vent placement. The team astutely inquired about the persistent heat within my house, which I acknowledged was due to inadequate venting. Capitol Roofing's crew thoroughly explained each step of the process, ensuring an efficient and timely completion. Capitol Roofing came highly recommended by my realtor. They came to do the roof inspection when we were purchasing a new home, and they found numerous issues with the shingle roof, roof deck, gutter, etc. They were all fixed by Capitol Roofing within a few short weeks of request and signing repair request. They delivered as promised, as well as a few other things my insurance inspector requested. I cannot be more happy with their work.

Most homeowners under-appreciate how critical the roof's function is, it literally is a shield that protects all of your belongings from getting wet and grow mold. There is one closet that is damp and growing mold, this should have fixed the root cause!
