Adrian and his crew put a new roof on my house last year. They did an excellent job. Yesterday the wind blew my chimney cap off and I called Adrian. I was worried about animals getting in my chimney, Adrian called me back the following day. He told me he would be here in a half hour to fix it. I appreciate Adrian coming out in the rain to put my chimney cap back on. Now that's GOOD service!!! THANKS

We desperately needed an entire re-roof of our flat-roof 1920's home. After receiving several quotes, we elected to go with Adrian's Capitol Roofing. While they were not the cheapest (but still offered an extremely fair and competitive quote), they were the most professional, responsive, and detailed. All questions and concerns were addressed upon the first meet and throughout the entire project. His crew was clean and professional. The project was never about finishing fast, but about completing quality work- even if it took a little longer than anticipated. What did I love most? 1. After I called in for an estimate he was literally on my roof within minutes that was impressive … he had his guys there tearing off my old roof and replacing it w a new roof in a very timely positive manner … they cleaned up after every session left the place spotless… Adrian made some positive necessary upgrade suggestions which I’m very glad he did which benefited my pocket and the tenants living conditions… I’m definitely keeping Adrian and his crew at Capitol Roofing for future roof work … very Professional and respectful guys …. Capitol Roofing came highly recommended by my realtor. They came to do the roof inspection when we were purchasing a new home, and they found numerous issues with the shingle roof, roof deck, gutter, etc. They were all fixed by Capitol Roofing within a few short weeks of request and signing repair request. They delivered as promised, as well as a few other things my insurance inspector requested. I cannot be more happy with their work. Most homeowners under-appreciate how critical the roof's function is, it literally is a shield that protects all of your belongings from getting wet and grow mold. There is one closet that is damp and growing mold, this should have fixed the root cause!

Today Junior came to make a repair to our existing gutters which were installed last year. He did an EXCELLENT job and was so kind and helpful. We highly recommend Capitol Roofing. Adrian and Junior are very professional and they get the job done timely and well.

Called Adrian to get an estimate for a future home. He was very nice and professional. He told me the roof is not in good shape and part of it was patched up a few years ago but everything is 33 years old and needs work. He gave me a very competitive price to repair the roof and told me the truth right off the bat.
